Led by Scott Trainer with over 28 years of experience in lift installation and modernisation, Scott Lift Services provides contractor services to major lift companies including Otis, Crown, Kone and PDERS.

Experience

Scott was previously working as a lift engineer with Otis Elevators for fifteen years, during which time he managed large sites and teams of up to 20 engineers. He installed a wide range of lifts and escalators including hydraulic passenger/goods, traction passenger/goods and MRL passenger/goods.

Experience & qualifications

  • Scott Lift Services are experienced in installing hydraulic and traction lifts, low rise, hi-rise, goods/passenger, package or hi-spec and specialises in all types of MRL.
  • All employees and sub-contractors hold a CSCS Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
  • All fitters are fully qualified with many years experience. Trainees are in the training process of an NVQ3 qualification.
  • All fitters, both trainees and fully qualified, are first aid trained. Supervisors are Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) qualified.
  • Other qualifications would include Spanset working at heights for lifts, PASMA and abrasive wheels.
  • Fitters, trainees and mates would all be inducted and trained by Scott Lift Services in accordance with your own safety and environmental policy.
